Born in Tehran, Iran, she has always had an eclectic vision for her future. When she arrived in Southern California, she saw the potential for her success and pursued them. In the year 2000, she established a love for photography, which eventually led to makeup. She studied cosmetology, completed her certificate requirements, and slowly but surely began having clients which led to return customers and referrals. She majors in makeup but as of 2004, is now an advocate for fitness.
On her website bio she boldly states why she started her own makeup line:
"I decided to create FouFou® Cosmetics because I felt that there currently wasn't a makeup line on the market that portrayed my vision of what makeup should be."
She currently has a small collection of products with the potential for more products to come. I went on her website and went ahead and ordered some basic products. Four items with shipping, set me back $100. Why the big price? Well, we'll see when we test the products. Currently, I have 3 girlfriends with different skin tones to try them out and in return, they will be giving me their honest results. Plus it's always nice to try new products. We're pretty excited to see what FouFou Cosmetics is all about.
Ms. Morovati not only made her own line, but she is an established make-up artist in Hollywood. She currently "majors" in beautifying bikini clad female body builders. However, she is up for hire for any occasion at a price. Her starting price for makeup/hair is $250. And yes, in case you're wondering, she does work some magic when working on client's hair. Pictures below will give you a better taste of what she has to offer.
So there you have it ladies and gents, a mini portfolio of FouFou Cosmetics. Remember if we receive the items this week, we'll be sure to post the reviews from each contributor on the site. These will be unbiased reviews. I, unfortunately, am biased so this is why I had to call on my contributors to help me out with this "experiment". Be sure to stay tuned as I'm sure we will see nothing but great things from Ms. Morovati or dare I say FouFou.
